You are responsible for organizing your registration so please be sure to share your best contact information for a seamless and efficien registration experience. Miriam will reach out with confirmation or for any further questions and if for any reason, we are not able to welcome your offering, she will let you know directly. Workshop Spaces Available

There are currently two main spaces available for hosting your workshop and both are right next to the venue where the conference will be held at! 

1) Venue Hacienda Don Agustín 
Estimated Price is $65 for 1 hour
Space accommodates 10 to 60 people

Available Slots During Conference Days

8:00am, 5:00pm, 6:30pm and 8:00pm

Available Slots Pre-Conference Monday(Jan 16) & Tuesday(Jan 17)
All day 8am until 8pm

Available Slots Post-Conference Mon-Friday (Jan 23, 24, 25, 26 & 27)
All day 8am until 8pm

2) Green Spaces
Free of charge

There’s green space right outside the venue And the Planetario, a park next door to the event location. Check out the event location and surrounding green space.

Recommended time slots
All day 8:00am until 7:30pm

If neither of these options work for you, that’s totally fine. You are free to choose a different space for your workshop offering, just let us know the location so we can properly promote you!E
