Through playful icebreakers and an innovative NVC Card Game, participants choose one of three profound questions to explore: their darkest night of the soul and how they moved through it, how they find joy in challenging times, or the vision that compels them forward and their next step toward manifesting it. While sharing their chosen story, they practice empathy by connecting feelings to universal human needs. What typically takes weeks to learn becomes immediately accessible as strangers become witnesses to each other’s humanity.
