Becoming independent from the system means establishing own workflows, networks and distribution channels. In times of censorship this is mainly important for journalists, authors and writers who also need to be able to profit from their work. In this workshop I will explain how we managed to become successful publishers avoiding mainstream channels, but generating revenue.

You will learn:

1. How to plan, setup, organize and fund a release
2. How to create a product that appears professional without huge budgets
2. How to reach and convince an audience without leveraging mainstream channels
