Event Details:
* Entry Door Contribution: $35 USD -or- $625 Pesos / $500 Pesos para Mexicanos​​​​​​​
Pay cash at the door with your RSVP confirmation. Pay $40 if you don’t have cash and need to pay by card. If you RSVP and don’t come, I will expect a 50% payment for the food we ordered for you, if possible (If your budget is low, talk to us to contribute in other ways)

* Date: Monday, February 2nd
* Location: Private residence in Morelia, Mexico
* Time: 6pm – Late Night
* Features: Community sharing circle, open mic, music, and dance
* Plant Based Vegan Buffet: Catered by local restaurants. Previous years we had potluck style events, but it was really hard for people to contribute with food due to limited kitchens since most are traveling from far. Even though we all had plenty of food last year, and it did flow well, this year we will just handle all food orders ourselves, to make even easier.

NOTE: Food Buffet table will be ready and served at the beginning of the event. As soon as it event starts, we will bless the food and then everyone is welcome to eat. The food may be finished after a few hours. So if you come late, you may not be able to eat, even if you contributed financially. (After 10pm, Entry is 50% off, there will be no food available.)

NOTE #2: It is really important to RSVP ahead of time, at the latest a day before the event, so we can count you in for the Buffet. If you RSVP the day of the event, it will make it complicated to know how many will attend and how much food to order. So please RSVP.

Vegan Potluck Dinner & Zero Waste Practices:

This event focuses on healthy delicious plant based vegan buffet while creating no waste as much as possible. As we also strive for zero waste practices, please bring your own reusable plate, utensils, and cup, if possible. We know you and us are all traveling from other cities and countries, so let’s all get creative with solutions to become that culture that is making a difference. If you do generate waste, please take back with you when you leave, so we leave the space (house) of the event in better conditions than when found. Last year was the best food we had, and created a small bag of waste. This year will be even better.
