Galia Kleiman is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. She is currently the Mexico City chapter leader of the Weston A. Price Foundation, an organization dedicated to restoring nutrient-rich foods into people’s diets through education, research, and activism.
In her private practice, Galia offers personalized guidance to families, helping them embrace ancestral nutrition and terrain health.
She organizes buying clubs supporting regenerative farmers offering raw milk, pastured eggs and grass fed meat and dairy to her community.
Galia also leads workshops and cooking courses, sharing practical skills and knowledge with others. As a sought-after speaker at conferences, she advocates for food sovereignty and health freedom.
She is one of the two founders of Ferment Oaxaca. The first Spanish-speaking fermentation conference that has brought together the most respected authors and teachers in the field of fermentation since 2018.
