In this Workshop I will give a both theoretical and practical introduction to the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model.
The IFS Model is one of the most comprehensible models to understand personality aspects (also known as “subpersonalities” or “inner parts”) like the inner child, the inner critic, our protector parts who want to keep us save through various – sometimes rather destructive – means, and so on.
It also explains the interplay between those parts both intrapersonally (within ourselves) and interpersonally (between people).
It is of vital importance for anyone to explore these inner parts and especially for those of us striving to co-create a more harmonious life with others and build communty of any sort.
