I introduce the group in a practical way to the Work of Byron Katie as self Inquiry praxis that can be used on a daily basis to rewrite the story of our stressful narratives like I cańt, I am not able, I am not capable, I am not good, this is so hard, I am alone, etc.
We sit together and define the thought (s) that keep us from living in alignment with our true loving, free nature in any given real situation.
We select the thought to investigate.
I facilitate a group Inquiry using Byron Katie’s 4 questions and turnarounds, and we live the experience of finding our own answers within. First making conscious the impact and effect of believing the most common painful narratives.
Then, we step into recognizing how it feels to be totally present and how we would live our life, our relationships, projects, etc. without this old stressful belief.
Afterwards we move to the Turnarounds, trying on different perspectives and experiencing the kind reality that was not obvious to me as I believed my thoughts blindly.
This is where we „rewrite“ our experience and make the unconscious conscious which allows change to happen and opens the possibility of relating and acting from that place of freedom within us.
At the end we exchange insights and everyone takes the Work with them for their life.
There is no need for previous experience.
