“The one thing I’ve learned about Transformations is that it always begins with the leadership transforming.” —Len Greski
Pioneering the field of Human Re-Programming, Jess Artiles has introduced and promoted Design Thinking in communities worldwide, from Nicaragua to India, from Indonesia to Brasil. Her work has empowered diverse groups, including solar women entrepreneurs, university students, and educators.
Design Thinking is a toolkit and a mindset: a non-linear, 5-step process that enables humans to innovate and create regenerative solutions. The process teaches you to Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. By following these steps, we take a human-centered approach to problem-solving, placing the user at the center of the issue. The game-changer lies in creating a testable prototype that brings your idea to life, gathers useful feedback from your intended user, and informs your final solution.
In this workshop, we’ll tackle the challenge of prototyping the change you want to bring to your organization, community, or sphere of influence. We’ll integrate leadership principles from Regenerative Design, Positive Intelligence, and Somatic Intelligence to activate your creative potential and strengthen your mind-body connection.
Through the Design Thinking process, you’ll gain a new perspective on your integration challenges and leave with testable prototypes that will help you lead transformations and engage others.
Jess Artiles combines her three degrees from MIT in Sustainability, Urban Planning, Mechanical Engineering, Education, Public Policy, and Design into a holistic, systemic approach to change-making at all levels that begins from within.
If you resonate with Regenerative Leadership and you are ready to integrate it all and take action, this workshop is for you.
Let’s spark sustainable, human-centered innovation— together.
Jess Artiles is coming all the way from Miami, Florida. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet her in person and benefit from this powerful workshop.
